Lorraine Parker
Lorraine is a trained coach and a highly experienced senior NHS
manager. She holds an MSc in change management and a Diploma in management studies.
Lorraine completed the NHS Management training scheme in 1999
Lorraine's experiences of managing and training people led her to train as a coach. She feels passionately
that personal development is the way to achieve goals. The non-judgemental approach allows clients to stretch themselves.
Lorraine believes that working with a coach helps you to think more laterally.

Clients in 2010: I have coached many different
clients in the past year. Some are seeking business coaching, others personal coaching. The common thread in both groups is
the need to change & develop, to leave old habits behind. I have coached 3 Chief Executives who need to maintain
the balance between good management & developing innovation. In large organisations it can be difficult to introduce change. I suppose the continuity of message from my clients is that I can
take the strategic option with them.They are then able to see the helicopter view of their business.
