Lorraine Parker    Lorraine is a trained coach and a highly experienced senior NHS manager. She holds an MSc in change management and a Diploma in management studies. Lorraine completed the NHS Management training scheme in 1999   Lorraine's experiences of managing and training people led her to train as a coach. She feels passionately that personal development is the way to achieve goals. The non-judgemental approach allows clients to stretch themselves.
